Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, please review the following policy:
To ensure I can provide the best possible experience and have availability for all clients, I ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If a service is not booked correctly, I may need to cancel and rebook it properly to ensure accurate timing and pricing.
I understand that life happens! You’re welcome to reschedule one time without a fee, as long as you communicate with me prior to your original appointment time.
(This does not apply to no-shows or late cancellations.)
